Yazoo Party to Benefit Agape Dogs

Starting now, Agape Animal Rescue will be partnering up with Yazoo Brewing Company for a special fundraising event!

The event was inspired by Seth, a longtime employee who gave tours of the brewery. He made the decision that June 8th would be his last day offering tours. However, because he is so passionate about the lives of animals in Nashville, he also decided that all the tips and wages he earns between now and then will be donated to Agape! Yazoo was so impressed with his generosity and willingness to help animals in need that they agreed to match his donation. According to Leah Spivey of Yazoo, “We, the Yazoo clan, are so supportive of Seth because we all are dog lovers and have all experienced the bond and relationship of man’s best friend”. In fact, the owners of Yazoo, Linus and Lilla Hall, even named one of the brewery’s beers after their dogs. It’s called Dos Perros.

In celebration of Seth’s generous efforts, Yazoo is hosting a community event on June 8th. There will be good food, good drinks and lots of fun to be had by all. Agape will be on site with dogs who are looking for their forever homes, and for each dog that is adopted because of the event, Yazoo will gift them a free Yazoo collar, complete with bottle opener, and a Buddy Bowl, a portable water dish. One lucky customer will also receive a custom Yazoo dog house! During this event Agape will also be offering a special discount on tickets to Glitter and Glam 2014!

We are so appreciative of Seth and his generous mission to help the Agape dogs! Visit Yazoo Brewery between now and June 8th and ASK FOR SETH! We also hope to see all of you on June 8th between 12pm and 4pm at the big event!
